Using someone else's content to the point where they can pursue legal action Due to the nature of the internet today, most content is based of someone else's content, to the point where people livelihoods are sometimes dependent on alternative streams of content to maintain their own, this can be seen in youtubers that do news or commentary for a specific game for example.
